The weather forecast today called for rain and strong winds.  We decided to stay in Midway Marina rather than travel in undesirable conditions.   Lynda did a bit of cleaning and baked a banana bread, yum!  Both Bob and Lynda spent the afternoon reading.  We are just a short distance off the Tenn-Tom Waterway (notice the tow in the first picture).  The pictures below were taken from the boat while we were tied at the dock.  The dead trees and stumps are approximately 100 feet away!

It's getting colder and we need to put some miles under the keel to get to warmer weather!  Tomorrow we hope to go through 4 locks and travel over 60 miles.  Hopefully the lock masters will be kind to us!
